MR CLOWN'S RULES

Mr Clown always wants the children to have the most enjoyable happy time whilst visiting his Fun Zone.  The rules that he has made must be adhered to at all times.

Please remember, they are for your children’s safety and enjoyment.

• One adult required to accompany a maximum of 5 children at any one time
• Accompanying adult must remain on the premises during the children’s stay
• No responsibility is accepted for your children
• Mr Clown's staff are there to supervise the correct use of the equipment
• Trousers are recommended for safe play
• No footwear allowed in the play zone
• Socks must be worn throughout the play period - socks are available for purchase in reception
• Watches, jewellery, belts with buckles and any hard or sharp items etc must be removed prior to play
• Disruptive or destructive behaviour, bullying etc will NOT be tolerated
• Swearing and offensive language will not be tolerated
• No food or drinks allowed to be brought onto the premises - food and drinks can be purchased in the BigTop Café
• Smoking strictly NOT allowed anywhere on the premises
• No sweets or items of food or drink are allowed on the equipment
• No chewing or bubble gum allowed in the Fun Zone
• Keep all your valuables safe or better still leave them at home
• Mr Clown cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal items
• No photography allowed within the Fun Zone
• The maximum height rule applies at all times, 1.5m - use Mr Clown’s has height measures to check
• Should any accident occur then you must advise a member of our staff
• Mr Clown and the management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Mr Clown and the management reserves the right to request any person to leave
• Adults NOT accompanying children will be required to produce Identification before entry is permitted
